If you are trying to lose a few pounds, you have probably noticed how dieting totally saps your energy levels. Diet energy pills may be just the thing for you. Some pills will not only help you lose weight, but keep your energy high at the same time- because nobody likes falling asleep at their desk mid-afternoon.
The best diet pill that will keep your energy levels high is LipoBlast Extreme Diet Pills. These pills are all natural and have not been found to cause any serious side effects in users. But I must warn- they WILL give you energy. They not only have Yerba Mate- which is similiar to caffeine, but they also contain Synephrine- which is similiar to ephedra. You are probably thinking to yourself- 'So what? I'm obviously looking for extra energy'. Well, I just wanted to warn that they may make some people feel a bit jittery or on edge. Of course, this is a side effect of many enery pills- but you should keep that in mind and ease into use so you don't overstimulate yourself and end up hating a product that you would have otherwise liked.
I have seen LipoBlast Extreme for sale anywhere for $40.00 to $80.00. Right now, Amazon is offering a 90 count bottle for $39.95, which is a great price for the product.
LipoBlast also promises to suppress your appetite and work as a thermogenic fat burner. All-in-all LipoBlast is a really effective and great product that you will love if you are looking for extra energy. If you are in good health and have no heart problems, then you should definitely give LipoBlast a try. Of course, if you have any concerns, ask your doctor for their opinion as well.
I hope you love this diet energy pill as much as I do!

Diet Pills: The Deal on Ephedra
If you have tried many diet pills with no success and are wondering what the deal is with ephedra.. then read on.
Ephedra was banned in the US as an ingredient in diet pills on April 12, 2004, much to the dismay of dieters everywhere. The FDA banned ephedra because if abused it can be dangerous, which I'm sure you are aware. While most people that took ephedra had no problems with it and lost weight effectively, a few people did have very adverse reactions. The FDA saw these occurrences and thought it best to ban the substance to save the few people that will have adverse reactions. Personally, I think this is grossly unfair. If cigarettes are legal- they kill how many people each year?- then I wholly believe ephedra should also be legal. But since my opinion, or the effectiveness of the substance is irrelevant, we are no longer allowed to purchase diet pills that contain ephedra.
Let's say that again. You are not allowed to buy diet pills or weight loss aids that contains ephedra.
This is a bummer.
BUT there are other medications and supplements that contain ephedra that are not, in fact, illegal. Ephedra or ephedrine is a very popular ingredient in asthma and cold medications. Have you ever stumbled upon a website dedicated to weight loss and notice that they are selling Vasopro? That's weird right.. because its an asthma medication? Actually, no- because it contains 12.5 mg of ephedra. And it's legal to purchase.
Evidently ephedra only hurts people that use it for weight loss purposes- using it for your asthma or case of the sniffles is totally safe. Thanks, FDA, that makes total sense. *Kidding*
It's also legal to purchase substances that are natural sources of ephedra. Ma-huang is not the only source- there is also sida cordifolia. Or similar substances like Bitter Orange. You can still purchase those substances legally.
I'm not saying that you should go out and but a ton of cold medicine- or that you should take asthma medicine everyday when you don't have asthma. While I'm sure that this is a generally safe medication; I don't claim to know everything about it or how it is going to affect you. But if you are crying yourself to sleep because you miss, miss, miss ephedra- there are ways to still purchase it legally. Take that information as you will. I don't want you ephedra lovers purchasing diet pills online that contain ephedra and then end up getting yourself in trouble. But I mean, I also don't want you to go out and take a million asthma pills either. Be responsible- pay attention and listen to your body no matter what supplements you choose to take. Knowledge is power :)
Good luck on your weight loss efforts and hopefully I cleared up a little bit of confusion about purchasing ephedra and diet pills.

Two Diet Pills that Work
It's hard to find weight loss aids that actually work in the sea of diet pills available. I must admit, before the ban on ephedra- I totally was an ephedra junkie. Ephedra is really effective and I loved the extra energy. Then once it was banned as an ingredient in diet pills- weight loss aids really decreased in quality. But that was in 2004, and the weight loss industry has come leaps and bounds since then. Two pills that I have tried and had success with that I am going to discuss today are Liporexall and Alli.
Liporexall promises to raise your metabolic rate and burn fat while increasing lean muscle mass, suppress appetite, and block both fat and carbs. Thoses are some pretty awesome claims for one pill. Liporexall contains 9 patented ingredients, three of which are to increase lean muscle mass, and another ingredient patent pending. It is also clinically proven to work- which we know is a VERY important thing to consider when choosing weight loss supplements. They also offer an money back guarantee if you buy it directly from the manufacturer- which you should, just in case it doesn't work for you. Liporexall contains Advantra-Z® 10% Synephrine, which is similiar to ephedra; so if you are not looking for a pill with an energy boost- then this may not be the product for you.
I have used Liporexall and I lost about 6 pounds in two months. That may not sound very impressive- but it is for me. I work out and, usually eat well, and am in pretty good shape, plus I'm pretty tiny with a small frame- so I never have much weight to lose. But it is very hard for me to lose any extra weight that I put on during holiday seasons.. um, or just periods where I avoid the gym like the plague, which is what leads me to use diet pills as an extra boost. And liporexall really gave me that boost- I noticed extra energy and it really did help me gain some muscle definition that I probably would not have gained on my own. I would absolutely recommend this product. The one downside- the price. It ain't cheap. Right now I believe you can get two bottles for $100, which isn't too bad- but they aren't offering 1 bottle for $50. I feel like $100 is a lot to spend at one time on diet pills, but they do have a money back guarantee- which may make some people feel a little better about the price. And it's worth it if you have the extra money to spend.
Now for Alli. Poor Alli, a lot of people will absolutely not even try this product because of the possible side effects. But the thing about Alli, is that it does work. It really does help to block fat- but you CAN NOT, in no circumstance eat more than 15 grams of fat per meal. I would even suggest you not eat more than 10 grams of fat per meal just to be safe, which will help keep you on track with your diet anyway. But if you do cheat and consume more fat while using Alli- you will pay the price. And it won't be pretty. So just stick to your diet and limit your fat.
Well that's all for today, hopefully you will do a little research on your own and decide if these weight loss products could possibly help you!

Diet Pills- Which Ones are just total Junk
Since there is now about 3,583 diet pills on the market promising outstanding and lightning quick weightloss, let's talk about which ones are just totally junk, shall we? 4YZRQKDTSJPS
First of all, let's just acknowledge the fact that their is an absolutely ridiculous amount of products all swearing that they will get you in your little black dress by your high school reunion... that is two weeks away. Seriously, google 'diet pills' and just take a gander at what comes up. Who the heck makes all of these products? It's um, more than a little overwhelming.
So here are a few tips to automatically weed out the junk:
1) Check out the manufactures website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find their 'terms of service'- the Fine Print. If they say ANYTHING about automatically billing you a new bottle every month and charging you for it- then the product is crap- I guarantee. So not only will you be stuck with a product that is not working at all, but you will have to call and beg and plead with them to stop billing you. And they will probably throw in a few more charges for good measure- seriously, those kinds of companies are basically scams preying on those unlucky enough to have bought into their marketing.
2) Who is the company that manufactures the product? Is this a new diet pill? Does this company offer a variety of weight loss or nutrition based products? Generally, if a company has been around awhile, has a variety of products, and looks all around legit, then it probably is. Don't get sucked into some new company relying heavily on convincing marketing and little on the quality of their product.
3) Do they have a money back guarantee? If a diet pill is effective, then the company will not have much to worry about with offering a money back guarantee. If the company doesn't believe in their product enough to offer this, that says volumes.
4) Was this diet pill tested in any clinical trials? If so, then read up! And it really is better if it was a third party conducting the trial. Obviously, anyone testing their own product could easily say it's the best, so make sure to find out who held the testing.
Next time you're shopping for a diet pill to help you slim down, make sure to refer back to these tips and make an educated choice in a sea of tricky marketing.

Different Types of Diet Pills to Help You Reach Those Weight Loss Goals
As promised, I'm going to break down the different types of diet pills, to help you determine what products you are comfortable using to help you lose weight. I'm only going to discuss Over the Counter or OTC diet pills, as I have never taken, nor plan to use Prescription Diet Aids. Diet Pills generally fall into the fat-burning, appetite-suppressing, fat blocker, or even carbohydrate-blocker variety.
Fat burners, widely known as thermogenics are generally of the stimulate variety. Ephedra, which was banned in 2004, was usually the main active ingredient in diet pills with thermogenic qualities. Ephedra was very effective, unfortunately if misused, it is also dangerous. while ephedra is banned, natural sources of ephedra- such as Sida Cordifolia are still legal. Also, other stimulants have replaced ephedra in diet pills, some proving to be effective- some not so much. Some common stimulants used today are Caffeine or Guarana, Bitter Orange, or Country Mallow or Heartleaf; among others. Guarana is similar to Caffeine, as Country Mallow, Heartleaf, and Bitter Orange have similar properties to ephedra. These ingredients have thermogenic qualities, which means it aids the body in creating heat- therefore burning fat and calories. The downside to these fat burning pills are safety concerns and that many people simply don't like how they make them feel. They can make your heart race, make you feel jittery, and even inhibit your ability to get quality sleep. These are all things to consider and discuss with your doctor before deciding to go this route.
Appetite Suppressants can either be stimulant based, or based on a substance like Hoodia. Stimulant based appetite suppressants will speed up your heart-rate and metabolism and keep you from getting hungry.. sometimes. It also makes sense to say that since your metabolism is working in overdrive you would actually be hungrier- and for some that is exactly what happens. Hoodia Gordonii is a very common and popular appetite suppressant that has been used in Africa for thousands of years. the problem with this ingredient is that it is hard to find a pill containing good quality Hoodia- they are out there, just few and far between. Garcinia Cambogia and 5-HTP are both known to suppress appetite by raising the release of serotonin. There are obviously many, many other ingredients all proclaiming to suppress the appetite, these are just some well-known examples.
On to Fat Blockers. Oh, Fat-Blockers, how they have gotten some negative press. The idea behind fat blockers is that the product will inhibit the body from absorbing some of the fat from the foods you consume, therefore aiding weight loss. The obvious one to point out is Alli, which is FDA approved and definitely effective. The problem, which has been widely publicized is that if you eat more fat than recommended with these pills, you will experience very uncomfortable side effects. Oily stools, anal leakage.. really fun and attractive things like that. So if you are going to use this route, don't cheat on your diet! You would think Alli would be the most effective diet pill in the world considering that no one in their right mind would eat fatty foods while taking it, so I guess it's a double whammy- actually effective and a regulator to keep you sticking to the plan. Chromiun Chelate is also said to help aid fat absorption, and also help to suppress appetite.
And now Carb-blockers. Carb-blockers work much the same way as fat-blockers, except they stop your body from metabolizing some of carbohydrates that you consume. No this does not mean that you can take a few carb-blocking pills and then chow down on donuts- they are not THAT effective. That would be nice though. CitriMax or HCA is probably the most effective ingredient used in these pills. And it is also believed to suppress the appetite- another double whammy.
Hopefully this shed some light on the different types of diet pills now available on the market and will help you to make an informed decision in aiding your weight-loss.

So Many Diet Pills, So Little Time...
Diets suck.
They do. I'm sure every person that has ever been on a diet is in agreement with me here. And of course, there are no miracle pills (someone needs to get on that.. quick, please), but there are some great products that can help you with your weightloss goals. The key here is to realize that you aren't going to be able to eat three helpings of chocolate cake after dinner and watch your belly shrink. Even with a great product, you are going to have to be willing to get your butt on the treadmill and change your eating habits. But if you are like me, waiting two months after slaving away at the gym and swearing off sweets to see results just isn't going to work. I need quick results to keep me motivated. So I use a little help, actually I've used a lot of help. I have tried so many products it's ridiculous, sometimes just out of curiosity, to see if a product can really live up to it's claims.
So in this blog you can expect to find reviews of products that I have used, with honest outcomes of the results. Also I will provide a little research on the ingredients a product contains, and what I think of the general safety of the product is. I'm not a doctor, no medical training, just an active interest. But I do firmly believe in knowing as much as you can about what you are putting into your body- since, this is going to be your earthly vessle for the long, healthy life you are going to lead. :)
So follow me next time, and I'm going to get into the different categories of pills on the market today, and how they generally work and will affect you. Knowledge is power. And knowledge will also keep you from being holed-up in the bathroom during your lunch hour, wishing you hadn't spent a small fortune on what seems to be radioactive, pills-of-death. :)
