Hardcore Diet Pill

Today I am going to talk about a hardcore diet pill similarly named- Ephedrasil Hardcore. Ephedrasil hardcore truly is hardcore. If you are just venturing out into the world of diet pills, I'm not sure I would even suggest that you start with this one unless you have a high caffeine tolerance and are pretty sure that you will be able to handle it.

I'm not trying to scare you off from trying Ephedrasil Hardcore, I think it is a great product that will really give your diet a boost. The main ingredients that are going to be the most effective in aiding your weight loss are synephrine, Chromium Polynicotinate, and Vinpocetine. Synephrine is similar to ephedra, though it is not quite as effective, it will still increase your metabolism, help burn fat, and give you extra energy. Synephrine is very similar chemically to ephedrine, which is why it is now being used as an alternative to ephedrine in diet pills. Chromium Polynicotinate works to increase the efficiency of insulin to optimal levels, which in turn will help you to burn fat instead of store it. It is also said to help increase lean muscle mass, suppress appetite, and improve mood. Vinpocetine supports brain metabolism by increasing cerebral synthesis of ATP, the universal currency of energy. Vinpocetine enhances critical brain functions such as memory recall, focus and mood.

So, it is pretty cool that Vinpocetine has been added to Ephedrasil Hardcore for a few reasons. The first being that it will help boost your mood and brain function, which can be the first things to suffer when you are on a diet. Also, it will help curb any "emotional eating" and that is obviously really helpful. Vinpocetine has started being added to diet pills pretty recently, but this is a trend that is going to pick up, I'm sure.

Ephedrasil Hardcore also contains Green Tea which is full of antioxidants, Resveratrol which contains the antioxidants found in red wine, Dandelion root which stimulates digestion and supports the liver, St. Johns Wort which helps with anxiety and depression and a whole bunch of other things. One of the things I really like about Ephedrasil Hardcore is that they list out all of the ingredients of the diet pill on the label. Most diet pills have some kind of herbal mix or blend listed, without telling you exactly what the "mix" is. It could be grass for all the consumers know, so it is really nice to have a diet pill that tells you exactly what it is that you are ingesting.

There are two things that I do not like about Ephedrasil Hardcore. First of all, the name- it's very misleading. It does not contain ephedra, therefore I don't really understand why it would be named so obviously after it. Perhaps to trick people into thinking that it does contain ephedra or just to emphasize that it is powerful? I don't know, but I'm not exactly impressed with either of those reasons. And also, of course, the price. 80 big ones for a bottle. Though the bottles do contain 120 diet pills and are meant for a month long period, the price still seems a bit steep. I guess you pay for quality, but geeze louise.

All in all Ephedrasil hardcore really is a hardcore diet pill that definitely will help you with your weight loss goals.

Hoodia Gordonii Diet Pill

If you are sensitive to stimulants, but you still want to try a diet pill to help boost your weight loss- a hoodia gordonii diet pill may be just the thing for you.

Hoodia Gordonii has been used in South Africa and Namibia for thousands of years as an appetite suppressant. It was generally consumed during long travels or anytime that food was sparse to help the bushman ward off hunger. Hoodia Gordonii was actually also used to treat stomach problems and to help fight infection. The active ingredient in Hoodia Gordonii that works as an appetite supressant is P57. P57 is actually very hard to extract from Hoodia, which is an issue because studies have shown that Hoodia Gordonii in its whole form may have negative effects of the liver. Another problem with Hoodia, is that is has to be taken in decently large amount to be effective in appetite suppression. If too small a dose is administered, it will be too easily broken down by the liver and metabolized to cause much of an effect.

But enough with the history lesson, what I am trying to get across is that if you want to take Hoodia Gordonii as a weight loss aid, you need to find a good quality product. If you just buy the cheapest product you can find without doing any research on it, it will probably not be effective and you will be turned off from using Hoodia in the future. Not to mention you will have wasted your hard earned bucks- I certainly don't like wasting my money and I'm sure you don't either.

And don't fall for the diet pills that have hoodia gordonii listed as one of many ingredients. Yes, it may be be effective when combined with all of the ingredients- but a lot of time its just another good marketing point for a company to take advantage of. If Hoodia is just thrown in the mix with a bunch of other stuff, there probably is not enough of it in there to make a whole lot of difference, not to mention the questionable quality.

So, you are probably sick of all the talking and just want to know what would be a good product to try. Well, in my opinion Hoodoba is one of the best products on the market. I have not personally tried it because I am usually not interested in appetite suppressants (I am much more interested in diet energy pills :)

But by the looks of there their site, they really seem to know their stuff. Their product is lab-tested and they proudly show all off their certifications. They also test their hoodia in random, independent studies- which you can read all about on their web site. And what do you know, a 30-day money back guarantee! Good sign!

The one downside- the price. You can purchase a combo pack for $130, which comes with two bottles of the hoodia pills and a bottle of hoodia in liquid form (for teas, drinks, etc.). Or you can just buy a bottle of the 750mg- which is the one you want- for about 60 big ones. The bottle are 90 count, so they should last about a month... but its still pretty pricey.

The thing is though, if you buy the cheap hoodia pills you are basically just throwing money away because I guarantee they are low quality and will not be effective. Hoodia is expensive for the manufacturer to buy, so a quality product is going to be expensive for the consumer. The cheaper pills are so affordable because they are either low quality- or they are just plain fake hoodia. Lovely, right?

So if you are looking for a good appetite suppressant you can check out Hoodoba at http://www.hoodia-dietpills.com/. Thanks guys and drop me a comment if you have tried Hoodoba and let me know what you thought of it!

Are Diet Pills Safe?

There are so many choices of diet pills out there. And not only diet pills, but teas, cleansers, miracle vitamins, gels, workout equipment, protein powders, diet drinks, and a plethora of other products all promising quick and easy results. With so much to choose from, in terms of weight loss aids, one must stop and contemplate the safety of all of these products.

Are diet pills safe?

Well first, consider your health. Do you have a heart condition? Are you nursing? Are you planning on getting pregnant? Are you sensitive to caffeine or stimulants? Or are you pretty healthy?

Most diet pills, as with most medicines, are going to have possible side effects. Especially if the diet pill is a stimulant or a 'fat burner'. Stimulants can cause irregular heart beats, nausea, dry mouth, sleep disturbances, high blood pressure, and irritability. Kind of sounds scary when they are listed out like that, don't they?

But not only are these side effects the same side effects of, say, your morning coffee; they also make perfect sense when you stop to think about it. A stimulant speeds up your central nervous system in an effort to increase your metabolism. So high blood pressure, irregular heart beat, and irritability make a lot of sense. Should you take diet pills if you have an irregular heart beat or blood pressure- no, probably not. But are most diet pills going to cause these problems to the extreme that some people want to make them out to- in a word, no. If you start to notice your heart beat- like you do after a run- and it bothers you, then talk to your doctor of discontinue use of your diet aid. Simple as that. Most people are never going to have these problems.

Again, since most diet pills are stimulants- they can easily dehydrate you. If you are experiencing dry mouth, then your body is trying to tell you that it needs more water. Diet pills can also make you a bit nauseous. If that is the case, take them before a meal and make again, make sure you are getting enough water.

Now, for sleep disturbances. I hope that I don't have to tell you that you should not consume any stimulants near bedtime, if you wish to have a restful nights sleep. While these problems can be annoying, they mostly can be controlled or solved as well.

Of course, you should always talk with your doctor if you have any questions whether something is safe for you to use. But most diet pills are going to be safe if you use them in a responsible way- and are aware of the possible side effects before you take them You should always research a product a bit before you decide to try it. You wouldn't want to find out a pill can make you dehydrated, becasue you took it before you went to the gym, would you?

I hope that helped answer the question- Are Diet pill safe?
